So while I've been side-lined by my leg problems, I mainlined the rest of season 1 of Community to cheer me up. OMG - I finally saw the (first) Paintball episode. That was so made of awesome I can't even articulate. I'm now starting on season 2.

Among other things, this is the best-directed TV comedy I've ever seen outside of Spaced. The paintball episode and the Goodfingers episode are amazingly well made. Also, Dani Pudi cracking up in the out-takes is up there with Nimoy cracking up in the ones from TOS.

In conclusion: ''Troy and Abed in the Morning!"

the pilot episode of the US version of Spaced is so fucking awful.

Just bad shit.

I have seen the original Spaced all the way through like 3-4 times. I watch it often.

Got through all of disc 1 of Community season 2 (and started on disc 2). Loved season 2's Halloween episode!
