Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, good, I'm glad you've seen it. It was pretty remarkable. I will be disappointed if there are no callbacks to it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That was an amazing bit of storytelling.

Perkins, I would be up for some Community and sushi or similar some lazy weekend...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

OOH! That would be cool, though I would have to get S1 back from Juliana first.

That was an amazing bit of storytelling.

They compressed so many stories and so many commentaries on character into 22 minutes. It was some of the most efficient use of screentime I've seen. So tight.

I was actually getting kind of antsy every time Abed's "different timeline" line came up because how can they get through them all if they say the whole line every time? But they did, and didn't feel rushed. And, going into it basically not knowing any of these characters, I came out feeling like they were people I want to see more of. Impressive!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Okay, I'm going to have to get these DVDs, huh?

I know! I kept thinking--are we going to see the crazy dorky pizza dance every time? Uh, no. Because not every reality needs the pizza dance. But two of them did, so we watched it twice. This week's took over as my favourite of the season so far, but I'm still so very impressed by the multiverse.

eta: Steph, I'd be REALLY surprised if you regretted it. It starts kind of conventionally, but not conventionally bad. And then it ramps up crazy mad pretty quickly.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Okay, I'm going to have to get these DVDs, huh?

Yes! I bought them after only having seen "Modern Warfare." No regrets!

Okay, I put S1 on hold at the library. I love our library.

Also, we had to watch this week's BBT online because we were out Thursday night, and the damn thing kept freezing up on us. Since we really only watch 1 show faithfully (well, 2 when Bob's Burgers comes back), it's not worth it to get a DVR. But man, it is annoying as shit to try to watch a frigging 21-minute show and have it freeze up 3 times. Bah.

(Oh, duh. I was assuming it's NOT on iTunes, because last season it wasn't. But I just looked, and it is. I totally would have just bought the damn episode to avoid the streaming problems. I'll have to remember that.)

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

You all have me watching Community on Hulu right now! I need to catch up.
