It took me until my second viewing (or maybe my third--there was some Lando-Luke stuff I needed to get over) but we were probably similar enough ages.
It just...it just seems to make sense.

Community was so much fun last night. The kids and I keep going "pop pop" to each other and annyoing my husband who is lame and doesn't watch with us.
I am old enough that the Han Solo kink is wellll established (I was in college when Return of the Jedi came out - I ditched class to go to the only theater in the area showing it and stood in line for 2 hours all by myself) so last night had me howling AND having some inappropiate thoughts about Abed. After the kiss, my daughter said "well OK then"
I can't stop listening to Santana singing "Songbird".
As expected, Outsourced is canceled. Alas. Hope the cast can find good work now. Come on, brown up my TV!
Oh man. I was really getting attached to it thanks almost entirely to your enthusiasm for the show.
That's a shame, it was a lot of fun.

Heee! I know, right? I always thought Danny Pudi/Abed was completely adorable, but that kiss was legit made of hotness. And Annie's breathless reaction after that! Whoo boy.
I've been sneaking looks at this GIF from tumblr frequently during the day -- I won't lie. [link]
Parks and Rec! Parks and Rec!
Robe Lowe is literally the funniest thing ever on that show.
He's a finely tuned comedic machine.
I'm thinking of buying his memoir in hardcover he is that awesome on parks and rec!
