Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

HIMYM is not supposed to make me cry.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I felt the same way during that scene.

P-C, the very last scene where Barney gave Ted the basketball hoop? Because I burst into tears on that one.

giraffe mode

HIMYM has been hitting its stride lately. When Marshall said "no I won't ever talk to my dad again", I lost it. Nice to see John Lithgow again doing comedy too.

John Lithgow will always creepy me out a little after Dexter.

Nope, the moment when Barney exclaimed, "If you were going to be a lame-ass suburban dad, why couldn't you have been that for me?"

It makes me almost tear up just typing it. I'm not sure why. I have a lame-ass suburban dad. Technically.

I figured that is the one you meant, but the last one really hit me hard. I didn't realize all of that dad stuff was getting to me until then.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Okay, you guys, I don't even *watch* Glee, and yet I've watched the video of the cute boys singing "Raise Your Glass" about 1,000 times. I love that song, and they're so darn CUTE! I can't stop watching it. I need an intervention.

(And Dana's comment on FB has me searching out Kurt doing a song from Victor/Victoria.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I love Kurt.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I pretty much only watch Glee for the songs. There are always one or two good ones per episode, and every now and then you get a GREAT one. That's enough for me.

Sincerely,
