Ugh -- I feel like I should stop watching TV now, to save some for later...
Also, on 30 Rock, does anyone not in NY remember Rick Lazio? Because that campaign ad was hilarious, but it seemed awfully local.

Earl has 7 episodes left.
Wow. That's surprising. I guess they started shooting early.
Earl has a large number of outside shots, which may mean that they have to have a considerable run-up time to keep it all under control. Although, this season in particular, with Earl in prison and the rest of the cast back in Camden County pursuing a largely separate plot, they can conceivably run two units nearly simultaneously.
And they probably had to have a significant lead time for Joy's story in "Creative Writing" to be animated (and Darnell's song to be recorded).
Because it's a rainy weekend, I invested in the first season of HIMYM on DVD. Also, I realized that I'd never really seen the first five episodes.
And they're still good, but Lilly's character is actually stronger and more interesting in the early eps, and Josh Radnor comes off less sensitive guy and more gay man in some of the early eps. He kind of butched up a bit.
wait, "Robot Chicken" won an Emmy?
wait, "Robot Chicken" won an Emmy?
When? And what for? I missed that news too.
There was a jokey reference to it and the end of this past week's episode, but it was impossible to tell if they were making up the Emmy part or not.
They won the Emmy for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation.
That makes sense. The joke was that they did not win for writing.
