I can't believe I haven't mentioned how amazing Mercedes and Santana were on "River Deep, Mountain High." I went back and watched that number several times last night.
It was really fantastic, although I got a little tired of Santana's faux bad grammar. It's funny in small doses, but it was totally overused last night.

Isn't her character's father a doctor?
A real doctor too, not just a tooth doctor
Does Kurt have an Hermes visor?
I kind of wish after Kurt let New Guy off the hook about their duet, the latter had asked him if Finn had told him to back off it too (and then which one of them he was jealous over).
For a moment I experienced a tad bit of wonder if they had introduced him as a (hot, non-unrequited) love interest for Kurt, which would be so much more subversive. But no, they'd introduced him as a love interest for Quinn, albeit one more sympathetic to Kurt.
Kurt might hae to wait until college. His experience of being the only gay person he knows seems very realistic for when I was in high school but now I find it a bit far fetched. The boy knows how to use the internet, right?
