I've been out of the abbey two days, I've beaten a lawman senseless, I've fallen in with criminals. I watched the captain shoot the man I swore to protect. And I'm not even sure if I think he was wrong.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I realize this is probably asking too much, but they didn't happen to deal with the song clearances issue?

I was only able to watch the 1st part of the pilot, but it doesn't seem they did.

Art Crawl!!!

Pushing Daisies There's something about it that's soporific for me.

Perhaps it's the fairy tale aspect?

Have you guys been enjoying the guest appearance of the Raybans of Justice on the promos for this week's HIMYM as much as I have?

Laga, my first thought when reading the WKRP post was exactly the same as your's. And it's ALMOST the seasonl (I believe Food Network is starting their series of Thanksgiving related cooking shows this week.)

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

The Office looks fucked by the writers strike. Production gonna stop is the word. The writers are also actors and producers on the show.

They're ahead script wise. The Office is only filming a few weeks ahead (Whedon's office was filmed very recently, and only just aired). Steve Carell didn't turn up on set today.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aw, crap, that sucks. I wondered how it worked when writers had other roles. I guess they have to ditch everything? That doesn't seem right! They're not writing! Just act! Say the words you already wrote!

It would mean crossing the picket line!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

But they're not writing!

Unless you mean, like, physically crossing the line to get into the studio. Which, okay.

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

The writers are our brothers and sisters, man. We have to support them, I think. We're writers.ETA: Camera guys are Teamsters, right? Teamsters are striking too. And, okay, so some of them are the snotty brothers and sisters that Get Everything, but, you know...if we don't watch the reruns and crap we can get them back to work.
