Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I haven't watched an entire episode of SNL in forever, so I can't say that it was the best episdode in years, but it was pretty damn funny. Much funnier than I remember SNL being.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm one-degree removed from Sean Hayes and I'm told jack is pretty much Sean. But just because he played himself on TV doesn't mean he can't play straight in the theatre.

Ahhh, man! Emmett and I were just lamenting that we didn't save them on the Tivo. Tactical error.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Coming in late to say we also saw the Betty White SNL. Frequently amusing, but the writers ran out of ideas pretty quickly. (Four MacGruber bits? I mean, really....)

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That's probably more to do with the upcoming movie. But yeah.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I could have seen one or two bits tied to the movie, but every commercial break was a bit much.

So MacGruber is an SNL skit?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l
