Shit's all sorts of different now.

I ... I did not like this episode much. I will go into more datail later, after the west coast airing.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I didn't think it was possible for Puck to be a woobie, but he totally is! And I am really disliking Quinn a lot.

Loved the scenes with Kurt and his dad. Of course, I'm still wondering how Kurt is affording Alexander McQueen. I wonder if he got his SUV back. (my supposition is that whatever killed his mom resulted in a big lawsuit/settlement)

It is so very hard to choose. I love 'em all, those crazy kids.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

What Vortex said. And I am still sceptical about this humanization of Sue Sylvester.

“Not dead yet!”

Oh but damn if Jane Lynch didn't sell it. She made me cry.

Aims did you not like it because most of the female glee clubbers were by and large unlikable in this episode?

I still don't like Quinn, but I think this is first we've ever seen her actually happy. Of course, then she turned around dug herself a lot deeper, but.

The local news kept previewing some huge controversy about this ep, but of course never said what it was (and I turned away to Top Chef so I guess I'll never know).

what controversy? I didn't see anything.

Of course, I don't know why they couldn't have done it as a duet. The song is gender neutral anyway.

“Not dead yet!”

I think some people may have been bitching ahead of time about how harsh Sue was with Becky before the big reveal at the end. I read a review that said it bordered on going too far.

Thrive to spite them

The contraversy I read about was: the main story line with everyone in a chair to see what it's like for Artie. And also I've read some complaints because an able bodied actor was used for the role.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I didn't like it because a lot of my hand-wavium didn't work this episode. I mean, how many times are we going to see high school students getting drugged without their knowledge? Seriously.

I didn't like Quinn being a total spoiled bitch. Get your own job ro start frequenting Planned Parenthood. Or tell your fucking parents so the damn sonogram is covered. Start accepting responsibility for YOUR actions, you idiot. Stop pushing all of it on a guy who's problem YOU AREN'T or at least shouldn't be.

And lastly, and probably most surprising, I *hated* Kurt's voice. Hated it. I know that he threw it for the Diva-Off, but when he was practicing, there was a quality to his voice that I don't find pleasing. It's not rich, it's thready, and he sounds like he should be Young Cosette's part in Les Miz, not Defying Gravity.

Then again, I quit smoking today, my sciatica's acting up bad, and Joe kind of pissed me off mid-episode so I am exceptionally cranky and that might have colored my viewpoints a bit.
