Shit's all sorts of different now.

I think you are dead on.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, that sounds right, Barb. And that makes a lot of sense looking at the way it's all structured.

I agree with the feeling that there's stuff bubbling under the surface. I hope it comes into play.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

But really, sudofed? I take prescriptions pseudoephedrine when my ears get funky and it doesn't pep me up at ALL.

Oh yeah -- anything non-drowsy has me racing for days.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Sudafed is the only decongestant that doesn't also function as a sleepaid for me, FWIW. I'm no more noticeably peppy when I've taken it.

Your Metabolism May Vary.

“Not dead yet!”

Sudafed jumps me up into a wired mess. So that part actually rang true for me, except I know it doesn't affect everyone the same way, so there's that.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

"You're a sturdy cheese-bearing cracker."

We are Marshall and Lily.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Hee. We definitely weren't the looking for a couple couple, but the SO & I were definitely the first married among our set. So we were always the married couple hanging out with all single people.

It is possible we give parties like those double dates, though. Heh. I hope not!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Am I the only person who'd never heard of (never mind seen) the wedding video referenced in the Office? A quick google turned it up: [link]

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I hadn't heard of it either, Jon.
