'Objects In Space'
Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Ron... Ron... Ron WEASLEY!

Teppy, your dad is bonkers. And possibly bionic. More power to his elbow.
Loving the numbers talk (and indeed the NUMB3RS talk - I have a great fondness for the show, because of all the hot New York Jewish boys being competent, and because Charlie/Larry is the slashiest thing in the history of ever. And because I heart Megan/Larry mightily also. And, actually, just because I heart Larry. Oh, and also because I want to lick David all over. Mmm. So, no, nothing shallow about my appreciation. No siree, Bob). It's always fascinating to me, the different ways we learn. I guess you're probably all familiar with multiple intelligence theory, and VAK?
You might enjoy this website - it gives you a bit of a fast'n'dirty overview of learning styles and has some nice wee quiz thingies to assess whether you favour mostly Visual, mostly Aural or mostly Kinaesthetic learning.
School bitch:
My thesis seminar's next required assignment is an annotated bibliography. The department doesn't require an annotated bibliography with the thesis. So, why are we doing it? They want us to know how.
Isn't that what Google is for? Or something? Annotated Bibliographies are a lot of work.

Wellll.... it is useful research knowledge, and can be potentially parlayed into the base of a literature review.
So I can see why they want to shore those skills up. But it is a crapload of work.

Actually, I wouldn't care so much, except that 90% of us went through the Honors Junior Colloquium, which also requires it. So, we know how to do it.

Aha! With that bit of information, I fully support your annoyance with this assignment!
I am almost evenly split between auditory and visual. I think they need one for "body-language-oriented," since I do best with the combination of visual and auditory you get in a lecture.
I'm feeling frustrated and overwhelmed because of work. I wish I had some Buffistas I could call up and say "hey, what about a drink after work."
Or, well, anyone I could call up and say that to, but right now there's not.
I'll console myself with all the tv on my overloaded dvr.
