I think I ate too many grapes. I got a big thing of them from Trader Joes. Yummy grapes. Lots of them. Most in belly now. oops.
Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
are you “out” as an ally?
When you're a liberal in VA... especially southern VA, you have to make yourself heard to make up for the rest of the population.
I'm happy anyway.
Kinda my hero there, Sean.
What Cass said. It is cool, though, that you just got yourself out there. Go you! I hope I deal with my first rejection letter with as much grace.
I know, I know, you're shocked! But beneath this girly exterior beats a heart that not only likes the GIRLS, it likes the girls who look like boys! And the girls who are boys! And likes to dress like a boy! SO CONFUSING! I don't blame you if you give up and swoon into my arms, right here...I'll comfort you. I promise. :)
This made me smile.
Why do you hate me?
We don't hate you. We thought you abandoned us.
In mememe news, I have a slow day today—only two tutoring appointments. But, these are with my tough girls, so it should still be good and challenging.
Alright, who turned meara gay? I mean, seriously?
OMG, meara's gay??
In more irritating news, I'm having trouble breathing this morning. I've been up since 2 since I couldn't relax enough to sleep. All my googling indicates that it's probably the baby pushing against my diaphragm, and nothing more sinister, but it's very creepy to suddenly finding yoruself trying to breathe. Did I mention that I live at sea level?
LANA'S PARENTS ARE DEAD!!!!?!?!!?!?
Oof, Stephanie, how many weeks are you? I remember that not-enough-room-in-this-torso-for-the-both-us-us stage well. It was not fun.
Almost 23 weeks - we have a long way to go (eta: knock on wood). I don't remember this with Ellie, but I'm sort of wondering if maybe the baby changed positions last night. I felt a lot of movement and then at 2am, I couldn't breathe anymore.
I was figuring I was tall enough to avoid this sort of squishedness. I guess I need to just focus on sitting up very straight at my desk.
Remember too that it's not just a space issue, you're also sharing the same amount of oxygen with about 40% more blood volume, so even if you're getting the same amount of air (which you're not 'cause your lungs are being squished), you're bound to feel a little lightheaded.
Good point - seriously, all I want at the moment is sleep. Although I do have oatmeal taunting me.
Boss got stuck out in Rochester.
Guess who gets to do 30 some interviews?
