I lived in MN for ten years. I don't really talk about it much, but that's where I went to junior high and high school. Then, after my parents moved back to the Chicago area, I moved and went to college at Augsburg in Minneapolis. And that's when I did a lot of driving back and forth.

Put it on baked goods. It's more like preserves, not dairy-product butter. Yummy on: pancakes, crepes, waffles, muffins, toast, and especially cornbread.
ION, I was going to be all diligent and write my journal entry and tutoring log during my free hour (one of my students canceled. But, hey! They let me know! I consider that progress!). Instead, I'm looking at pictures on flickr. Not so productive, but I think I needed the break.
