Inara: So, explain to me again why Zoe wasn't in the dress? Mal: Tactics, woman. Needed her in the back. 'Sides, those soft cotton dresses feel kinda nice. It's the whole... air-flow.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Mine says "Contains some pulp."

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Mine says "contents under pressure."

(Okay, it doesn't, but it should!)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

My energy drink says, "please recycle." hmm.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Things that are made of win:

meeting cancelled

obstreperous new cell phone now working properly

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

obstreperous new cell phone now working properly

My first thought was: Did you start giving the phone more calcium?

Trust my rage

::imagines dealing with three Livs and Owen::

I know - it's not surprising at all that the mom has very high blood pressure.

Damn, I was doing it wrong.

Not you - just your placenta. (Or maybe Lillian's? Not sure which is better there.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

xpost from Natter

I have a Laura Report!

I love you and miss you, and the rest of my Buffista family, very much! Thank you for checking on me.

We have been buried in work. I'm doing 16 hour days and DH is is 20 hour days. Our software won a national award, go us, and we are ever so popular. Trying to staff up and train but too many things only we know how to do.

Much love to all, please also let all those I miss so much know I am alive and well, although overly worked and stressed.

Man I hate it when I can take care of something in five minutes that my boss couldn't do in a week. On the other hand: yay me!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Pregnancy is FUN? obviously, that's why I never got to experience it!
