Apparently I was premature in dad's nerve conduction improving. Dammit! And my mom's all like I don't want to unload on you guys and worry you... I told her that was just dumb. The guy from the electric company came and is going to change my rate: the electric heat rate is 50% of the regular electric rate.

My plan is to call ComEd customer service later this morning and see if I can get that rate back to when I changed to electric heat in December.
