Could just be a hoax, though. I fake some headaches, everyone gets used to poor helpless Spike. Then one day, no warning, I snap a spine, bend a head back, drain 'em dry. Brilliant.

Spike ,'Potential'

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

And now my MiL is here.

Kill me NOW.

What if we take a swing at her instead?

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

oh Aimee, I'm sorry - but it sounds like she'd have disliked anyone who'd been hired, since she wasn't involved in the process.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I can't believe he turned down a sundae! What an asshole. No wonder she hated him. Miracleman: non-question asking doodle mongering sundae refusnik.

Always Anti-fascist!

They sound like assholes. Miracle job-ma, activate. Personally, I like Joe's attitude problem. I wouldn't want a Dwight, with or without creepy man-crush.

Miracleman: non-question asking doodle mongering sundae refusnik

This really needs to be Joe's tagline if he logs in again anytime soon.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm sorry, Aimee and Joe. It does sound like she'd be psycho boss.

I am typing with a mummy hand. I need to remember to turn my hand more when she's wrapping me up. I'm having to type at an awkward angle. I suppose that for Halloween I could just add more gauze. At least I stopped at the weekly organic farmers' market and bought a little sweet potato tart. Now I am sad because it's all gone.

Welcome, gj! Where are you?

You'll have to excuse Ginger, she has mummy hand issues.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I'm sorry Aimee, I know it's beyond frustrating right now.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I was just so looking forward to actually getting back to normal, ya know?? Em's in daycare (gotta pull her out of there), grocery shopping, paying bills. Maybe going to the movies once in a while.

So very frustrating. Perfect word fr it, Burrell.

I'm trying really hard not to delve deep into the Bad Place. Things will work out - they always seem to with us - but right now, I'm fucking pissed.

I think I may hate those words most of all, "It will all work out." That means my life is currently in the pits and Hubby and I are trying to console each other. Again.
