Fay, I am also interested Reiki. Someone taught me a Reiki meditation/visualization that I have used on myself and found it a good meditation. I have never had the opportunity to take a course, but I would surely snap up the chance if it fell into my lap the way this has for you.

Question for the Hivemind: Is freezer burn actually dangerous, ie a source of food-poisoning-causing bacterial growth, or is the advice to throw out freezer-burnt stuff due to how unappetizing it is?

Andi, it's not dangerous to eat it. But the taste might be odd. You can try to cut away the freezer burned areas before cooking.

I'm gonna go against the flow and say I like indented lists (bullets and number). Except when I don't. And, then I just hit the little back-indent button on the toolbar and all is well again.
