Interview ~ma for your DH, Cash!
What's the investment guy saying about houses? We have a bid being presented on one this morning!
'Trash'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

same thing that Greenspan spouted last week - they're so original. he's just mouthier. And waves his arms around and uses words like "crazy".
A real estate guy from Texas came on to rebut him and said "in markets like x, y, and z, it's more difficult right now because of corporate economics in those areas - but in many places, real estate is a good investment - and people need to look at the regional markets, not at some national overview." The mouth came back with: "see! He's touting markets x, y, and z!!! Those markets suck!" which was stupid, and totally done for the camera. Not that it matters. The real estate guy has an angle too.
awesome news on the bid (thought I'd separate the bad from the good)! much house~ma to you!
Much house~ma, Sparky!

All kinds of kidney~ma, Suzi!
Fay, in my experience, it sounds hokey, but I've found that it can help with certain things.
lawyer-type people, I'm having a brain fart. What's it called when someone is forced to contract against their will? It's not exigent circumstances, but something else.
