Xander: I do have Spaghetti-os. Set 'em on top of the dryer and you're a fluff cycle away from lukewarm goodness. Riley: I, uh, had dryer-food for lunch.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Time it is for me to reveal my ignorance and ask what this being belted means. Look away, look away!

"I am the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world"

Heh. In this instance super porny pants has achieved a new level in martial arts.

For which, congratulations Trudy!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Congratulations, Trudy!

Happy birthday, Nicole! Even if it is a bit late....

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Congrats! Belts are good! I have none!

There's a very well-known writer and vidder who goes by Killashandra. Though, yes, it's long since abbreviated to Killa.

Killa used to go by something longer than Killa? I feel like such a fandom noob!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

What color belt Trudy?

High white.

All of our colors have a low and a high (which is the same color with a black stripe the length of the belt).

So, my first earned belt is a high white.

And, really, for the early belt tests its pretty informal. I knew it was coming soon and my teacher pushed me hard today and at the end I was called up in front of class and he tied it on and as much as I really shouldn't care about things like belts it was actually pretty moving... it really is a LOT of sweat that went into that thing.

Then I went to my theater and finalized the music cues for my one woman Return of the Jedi (which I'm pleased to say is funny as shit) and just got home for to go to sleep.

I am still awake. Movers come in about five hours. Random crap has been tossed into the bathroom, with the plan being to tell them "Take everything except what's in the bathroom!"

Thank god I had leftover vicodin. And thank god my tummy calmed down enough for me to take some. Whew!

Friends threw me a surprise party tonight! Yay! Will miss them all so much.

Mostly lurking...

I slept in until 6:30 a.m.! I'm so excited! (I've been getting up between 4:30 and 5 a.m. for the last couple of weeks, and really, that just feels SO early!)

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

A review that actually has me wanting to watch "Moonlight," but probably not for the reasons the creators intented.
