Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I think I'd hit someone if they asked me to do more than eight hours a day.

In other news, I've just found out I get twenty eight holiday days with this company! Woo! Well, sort of. I get twenty holiday days plus my eight bank holidays.

Oh, lovely!

In other news, since this audit stuff is due Friday at noon, I am absolutely going to talk to my boss and get permission to slink out a few hours early tomorrow by way of comp time.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Good evening all!

Evening, Fay! Are the stars out where you are? It's the autumn equinox on Sunday for us.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

I hate my body. First there was that stupid strep throat thing, which I finally finished antibiotics for last night. Only to start developing a cold! I so do not have time for this. I'm going to try to do a nasal saline wash, and hopefully I'll get acupuncture. The acu has worked every other time for me.

Jars, that's a nice holiday time!

Anne, I hope your boss agrees to letting you go early.

Man, I am hungry and have no real food. Feh.

Well...it's dark and lots of lights are glittering, but they're of a more terrestrial nature. Don't generally see the stars until you're out of town.

Librarian Warlord

As an academic, I've been totally spoiled w/r/t vacation time. I don't know if I could face my life of toil if I didn't get my xmas through New Year's "freebee" week off.

We are still waiting to hear on the house on which we made our final bid. It could really go either way at this point.

Anne, I hope you get off early.

GC, lots of ~ma for you and GF and family.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

GC, much ~ma to you, GF, GF's dad, and her entire family. I'm so sorry, I know this has been such a horrible thing.

Mostly lurking...

Much ~ma for GC, GF and GF's dad. Ugh.

ION, I am at the salon about to get my hair dyed. They have computers with internet access. So much for getting schoolwork done!

Should I post pictoral updates on flickr?

Seriously, this is like the loudest study hall ever. Did y'all talk during study hall? I'm not sure I ever had one, so I don't know, but I always thought people were supposed to be all whispery, trying not to get caught talking.
