I'm glad that your fencing went well yesterday, Nora. I tried the freebie salsa aerobics class at my fitness center last night, and, well, let's just say I won't be doing that again until I'm at least 50 pounds lighter. I have no rhythm, no flexibility, no stamina, and no way can I move my hips like that at that speed. They didn't offer any demonstration of how to do the aerobics at half-speed, and every single person in there (and there were 45 of them!!) was picking it up other than me. I felt like a huge, gigantic, uncoordinated dork, and left after 20 minutes to get on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

yeah, I hate aerobics classes. I can never keep up. I've done OK with straight up dancing though (in my case, belly dancing).
