I'm a big girl. Just tell me.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm envious of people who have heard Kara on the phone!

Kara is such a delight on the phone; I highly recommend it. When I told her she sounded like a big girl, she said, "Yeah, but I'll always be your favorite."

Tree Day is excellent, Fay!

I spent most of the day helping Vortex move stuff about. Her new condo is quite awesome! But sadly for her, all the wifi that is around (several, which is more than expected given that only one other person has moved into her actual building yet) is password protected. Sad.

But I fear it has stolen all my actual motivation to accomplish things of my own. Crap!

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I think, if Kara grows up with half the talent Erika has, I will be blown away.

Fay, e-mail me your phone number and I'll have her call you. She can tell you how much she likes Nesma and the Beans.

eta: Bedtime (late for her birthday, actually). We'll have to try another time.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

In my world, though, it's already Sunil Day. Happy Birthday, Sunil!

Aw, thank you, Fay! Go snog a hot foreign chick for me.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Make sure it's a particularly fantastic White Devil Woman for him, Fay!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Happy almost birthday, P-Cow!

Karen update (good news):

So, yay, we get a zero on the M(etastisis) for the TNM staging for breast cancer. We told Dr. Kuan that Dr. Broderick had said I was staged at 3A (67% survival rate) and she looked confused. She said, no, a T(umor)2 and N(odes)1 meant a 2B. She looked through the pathology report and we talked about lymph nodes that are "matted," which can move a stage 2B to a 3A, but she said the pathology report showed no indication of this, so we're going to take that 2B with no further argument, thank you very much. All in all, given the TNM "score" combined with the fact that the tumor was "high grade" (i.e. aggressive), gives me a 75% survival rate.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm so glad to hear it, Hec. The last report sounded so much better than I'd been fearing, but this is all that plus test results. Yay!

The status is NOT quo.

Oh, good Karen news! Yay!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

That's brilliant, David!
