The woman who kinda started the whole drag king thing in DC and who videotaped all of our shows for the past seven years just died yesterday (of leukemia, she'd been in the hospital a while....her house burned down right before she was diagnosed. Bad summer, for her). So it was a last minute tribute thing, and a lot of peopel were still broken up, and it was just messy. Ugh. And not the way I wanted to go out! Selfish, but boo.
Also, I feel like smacking a few people. One or two of them, a lot.

Our local theater that does RHPS doesn't let you bring anything in (most intimate pat down EVAH) but they sell "party bags" for a buck. Has all the essentials in it that the theater will allow.
I hadn't seen RHPS in almost 15 years - used to be EVERY Saturday night. Anyway - underwear has changed in that time and DAMN there was a lot of flesh on display.
