I'm seeing many mentions of mineral oil and/or baby oil ... so I think if you can't access your roommate's vaseline, I'd try canola or olive oil (or, heck, any oil except 10W30) before going with regular shampoo.

Probably both. I had forgotten that Part 3 was originally released in 3-D. It's not in 3D on the DVD, but you can see all the shots that were done just to showcase that element.

And, I'd bet my life savings (all $43.75 worth) that it's better for your skin than most commercial products out there. I confess to having a horrible mental image of someone trying to clean eye makeup off with olive oil, only to remember part way through the process that it was jalepeno-infused olive oil. So I am greatly reassured that this was just overactive bad brain.
