Well, if we followed the recipe...should be cake. A demon-violence-free-zone cake.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Get back to work in Vectorworks. Or we'll make you watch more horror movies.

Or we'll make you watch more horror movies.

We'll make you watch SciFi original horror movies. If that's not an incentive, I don't know what is.

Thrive to spite them

Big Boss just gave me my ex supervisor's cell phone, at least until there's a replacement. She told me "someone might need to contact you and you deal with everyone in the department." Which is weird since I'm desk bound during the day and I guess someone would need to call me in an emergency since I know all the vendors we use for repairs and stuff.

Oh I love future fic. Especially they live happily ever after future fic. With lots of hot sex.

I'm doomed.

Maybe I'll wait until Wednesday. Or just read the first one and leave it as a cliffhanger.

Our wings are not tired

Gah! Okay, I know this is a first world problem, and a good problem to have when you are freelance, but I just had two more calls in the past 30 minutes. One of them is to build another computer system for a theatre, and the other is for a project installation gig at the end of October. I love the work and all, but this snowball is getting crazy.

Now tagless for your comfort.

You're going to need to find some unpaid interns, ND.

Kids are finally down. I'm not here--I'm tidying up the house, I swear.

At the rates some of these projects are paying I can probably even pay them.

ND's diamond unikilt is too tight! (read as = Go You!)

A professor here has had me jumping all day to answer questions about diversity of citizenship in federal court. All the former law students will cringe, but: I sort of love civil procedure questions.
