Fred: Oh my God! Angel, you're…cute! Angel: Fred, don't! Fred: Oh, but the little hands! And the hair! Angel: Hey! You're fired.

Spike's Bitches 37: You take the killing for granted.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy Anniversary!

K-Bug and I went shopping after seeing Meara this morning. I had $37 left on my Macy's gift card (bonus from work). I spent $42 (so, $5 out of pocket) and ended up getting another $60 in free giveaways at the cosmetic counter. Wooot woot. Full size stuff that I will actually use. Very bouncy-making.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Happy anniversary, Jessica and Fonebone!

Daniel and I just got back from Lowe's, where we got ten Roman blinds for the price of two. Excellent clearance price - I had been contemplating making some Roman blinds for various windows in the house, but for the price we paid, I wouldn't have been able to buy the fabric.

The back of the new work truck now has the company logo. I still need to put the decals on the doors but that will wait until tomorrow.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Happy anniversary, Jessica and Fone!

I've spent the day napping as I had a rough Thurs/Friday. A tornado came through Thurs afternoon while at school, so we had our first tornado "drill" that wasn't a drill at all. My little 6th graders were scared and upset that their parents would be mad that they didn't get home on time (we had to keep them after school due to tornado).

Then, it took me 2 hours to get home Thursday night. When I finally did, no power. When I left for work on Friday, still no power. Which meant cold shower and bad hair. I did take my hairdryer to work in order to fix it there, but when I got there and plugged in the hair dryer, it didn't work.

My power was back on by the time I got home last night, though. Yay!
