well ... yay for askye's grandmother - it sounds like this is a solution that's going to make everyone happier (and your grandmother safer). JZ, a lot of places pay more for putting up with jerks (cf law firms) and if you could see yourself tolerating this particular one, it might work out; if he's no worse than some of the people you deal with and the pay's higher, think about it. Suzi, have fun at the concert! SFistas, have fun with meara (but we get her back!). Susan and DJ - sorry you're having such a bad time. Last night I had the strangest dream about a co worker proposing to me. Very weird. I ate the ring by accident.

Oh, Sparky it was weirder than that and probably would be interesting to analyze but since I'm at work I'm afraid that with my luck someone will see what I'm doing and I'll get busted for being online and sharing my weird dream.

I dind't eat the whole ring, just the diamonds and then I was waving around a ring with an empty setting.

I mentioned this in Buffy, but I expand here.

Andi and I just bought the entire Buffy and Angel oeuvre from Best Buy for $14.99/season.

Unfortunately the "in stock" message for all 12 seasons was incorrect for the store.

I called their custserv number and was helped by a very pleasant lady who was frustrated by their software having to display one item at each store at a time, instead of having an aggregate screen. Harvey kept bugging me for food and scritches while on the phone, and she even heard him purring.

Good thing I pass by 3 Best Buy stores and the corporate offices on my way to and from work... Even then, I will end up stopping at two stores and season 4 of Buffy is coming by mail, for free.

We have a print of a Mary Cassat painting in our bedroom that has a blond haired toddler in it. Isaac insists that it's him. I of course agree with him.

My friend painted a picture (Shag style) of her family before she had babies and while their dogs were alive plus the monkey they always thought they should have.

Girl twin loves the painting and the other day when she was looking at it her dad asked her "Where's Jack?" (her brother) she pointed right at the monkey. So accurate!
