That, I told her, was not acceptable. I paid for a cake to be ready at 1:00 pm. I was told at 1 pm there was no cake. I expect a quality cake and quality service. My office has already ordered 6 cakes in the last 6 months. When we do cake we do Cold Stone cake. I told her it's not a huge business but I might have to rethink where I order my cake and also might have to recommend other people not get cakes from there since they are unrealiable. Finally she got authorization so I can get my full refund.

It is short is back and kinda mop on top. Not pixie short, but not THAT far off. Not that I would ever dare to compare myself to juliana, but in that basic hair length range, though hers is longer in front and shorter on top.
