Oh, and SFistas, my good friend Alissa is moving up to your neck of the woods next month and is looking for some temporary, cheap short-term housing (she's hoping to rent a spare room from someone) for a month or two while she figures out where she and her BF want to actually live. I believe this short-term rental will just be her--I think her BF isn't going to make the move until she finds a more permanant place. She just got a primo job at Twitter, so she's moving on really short notice.
