Flight is oversold. I've volunteered to give up my seat, so I can come back here sometime and see BABY!Huh. You were just saying last night that it should happen. Whoo! Get the baby out of the tummy before you come back. They are much more fun then.

I don't know yet. I may still be on this flight, but I've volunteered. He thinks they'll need three volunteers, and I'm number two. But, this may actually get me on a non-stop flight, which would be fabulous.

what's the Mac equivalent of the right click Save As thingy?
Hold down Control while you click, and a contextual menu will appear, and one of the choices will be "Save [image/video/whatever] to Desktop."

Stunned. I am just...fucking...stunned.
The plan: I get up. Em gets up. MiL gets up. MiL watches Em while I fetch Weapons of Flea Destruction. MiL takes Em somewhere whilst I engage WFDs and subject cats to flea dips. Then I do further cleaning in basement, put everything back where it belongs and fleas remain dead. There is much rejoicing.
The actuality: MiL stays in bed until five minutes ago, then leaves. She does not take Em. It is raining cats, dogs, weasels and ichthyosaurs, so dragging Em a mile or so to the local store wherein I can purchase WFDs is not so much an option. So: no flea eradication for the moment, and it is pointless to dip cats only to leave them freezing in the garage until I can bomb holy hell out of the house.
For this I have stayed home to NOT MAKE MONEY!

The weird thing is she asked me if I'm working the rest of the week. I said "Yes, if it's not a problem for you to watch Em." She said that was no problem and then...left.
I figure this evening after you get home you can take Em out somewhere for dinner maybe and I can get your folks to do the same and I'll do it then.
Just...fuck.
