it is now, officially, My Birthday! And my Mum and Dad sent me a box crammed with orchids, bless them, and cards, and WeeSisterJay phoned to sing 'Happy Birthday', and I'm going out for dinner with some friends to my favourite restaurant (where all the food is to die for, and the alcohol list is longer than the food list). I'm wearing a huge orchid behind my ear RIGHT NOW, AIFG.
On another note (tangentially birthday-related, inasmuchas the MacBook was a birthday present to me from me) - if one wants to download a vid, what's the Mac equivalent of the right click Save As thingy?
(I find that I seem to have sporadic free wifi access from the flat of an evening. Or at least I have done for two nights in a row - I'm hoping this will continue, rather than be a one-off kinda thing)

Not working today. I am, instead, sitting on the couch with Emeline, yakking with y'all until Aimee's mom gets up. At which time I will slog through the rain and acquire armaments that I may rain complete and total destruction unto the flea population in the house. And lo, I am become Death.
And I gotta say that if it weren't so sad, Switch shaved would be freakin' hi-larious. But it's not. It's just fuckin' sad.
