My morning:

Cat fell off the headboard at 5:30 a.m. and scratched a 2 inch gash in my scalp. Cleaned it up, went back to bed and still woke up with dried blood in my hair.

DH overslept because he forgot his alarm.

This turned out to be a good thing as he saved Owen from choking to death on a Jibbitz by sticking his finger down the boy's throat to clear the thing out. I'm still freaked out. Owen is unfazed.

On the plus side: I get to see Aimee tomorrow!!!

I got my gmail account in my real name specifically so I wouldn't have my nom de internet on my resumes. And I am pretty far from professional, she said while sitting on the couch in her stained nightgown, wondering if there will be enough clean laundry by lunch time to afford actually leaving the house.
