Punishingly Intricate

I went to trapeze school yesterday! Incredibly fun. The lesson got rained out halfway through, but I still got to swing twice.

hey! cool!!! I was walking over there yesterday after work!

I'm getting the pig!

The trapeze school sounds WAY fun. Hil, I started looking for local trapeze classes after the last time you posted about going. Sadly, I couldn't find any. I'm positive that more cool people would live here if we had a trapeze school.

If I can just finish up this one report that I'm working on (waiting on input from other people), I can retire to my bed and read Harry Potter. C'mon, people! Hurry up with the info!

This. Because it sounds purty.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

What drink is this? It sounds like a classic Canadian Bloody Caesar, until you get to the file.

It's my husband's Bloody Mary. I may be leaving stuff out, but I think that's it.

juliana! I need the size of your noggin!

Very cool!

Feel better~ma to CJ and Nicole.

I over did it yesterday, by a lot. I don't use my crutches at home, so I haven't really used them for a while. Yesterday I walked a huge outdoor mall, and today my arms and back hate me.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

The chocolate vodka is a must next time we make Boston Cream Pie martinis! The more chocolate, the better. Thanks for the tip -t.

Go messenger bag - and take pictures.

I am also on team Work From Home today. I got contacted by someone looking to hire through LinkedIn. This is the second time I've been contacted about a job possibility through LI. Pretty good tool, I think! Anyway, the job sounds kind of cool but it's with a company that does marketing. Eh. OTOH, it could be good to do similar work in an entirely different field. I'm going to talk with her later today.

Trust my rage

draw-string style satchel

I always have a hard time finding stuff in this sort of bag. And, the other design sounds cool.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Andi, I agree with the others. A messenger bag will probably be more your friend than a draw-string bag.

-t, (belated) congrats on house having! Very exciting.

I feel a little Harry Potterish these days. I had a cyst on my forehead that I got removed in April, and the scar is really acting up lately. Ouch! I don't know who my Shall Not Be Named evil person is, but go away!

A Bloody Caesar (just called a Caesar now) is:

vodka
Clamato juice
celery salt around rim of glass
tobasco sauce
Worchestershire sauce
stick of celery or green bean or asparagus

I used to make zillions of them when I was a bartender/cash flow coordinator (aka cashier).
