Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I still think you should call Roger Clark and get him up there! What a mess.

Small site. Menu. Delivery range. It's all I need.

They apparently have MenuPages for LA. [link]

Tell him that when hippos go splat, they make a big mess. Or maybe don't tell him...

So today I discovered that the slightly alarming whirring sound I thought my computer was making at random is in fact a sound effect my dear developers put into critical error alerts in a piece of software. It's just normally, my sound is turned way way down. When it is not turned way way down, the sound is a BLOODCURDLING YELL that repeats once for each error message.

There were a lot of error messages.

The whole hall came to investigate.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

he did get taken with the other kids after lunch and not just left by himself like all of last week

All week? And here you are, not guilty of even a single tiny insignificant little manslaughter? I am in awe.

I am glad he is getting real bathtime again, at least. And pretending, and being all smarty-pants about you getting with the pretending program.

Could you keep your house and just rent it out while you lived nearer the parentals, so you'd have a real home to return to and you'd know the parentals wouldn't be permanent?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just found MenuPages, actually. I expanded my search to Jamaican restaurants. Seems pretty good for small places that don't want to worry about branding. Wasn't able to tell right away if they provide delivery info or not yet. But that's for later.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I just don't have it in me right now to raise holy hell with these people that have my kid hours a day. I would say I caused a stink on three different occassions.

A key part of the moving thing, financially, would be the amount of money I could get from selling this place, that would allow me to possibly just work part time for a while. I could look into the rental situation though. If I could get enough to cover the monthly costs plus a little extra, it could be ideal.

Yeah, does the co-op let you rent the place out? That does seem like it could be ideal, depending on how much you could sell it for.

They have a special LA list of delivery restaurants, just by neighborhood, but it narrows it for you, anyway [link]

Jamaican recipes never deliver. Well, not the ones I find. But I can use that page to evaluate local pizza. There's no way it can all be worse than Papa John's, for days when I'm willing to talk to a human in order to get food. Thanks!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Maybe use Chowhound, if you are looking for recommendations. Now it finally has a search engine meant to be used by humans, it is very useful.
