Librarian Warlord

Sparky, that would be cool!

I will inform my sister that I have plans for Felicity, Josefina, their pets and furniture when my niece moves on to other obsessions, if there are no other plans.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Not that I think being Hitler venerating neo-Nazis is a hallmark of intelligence or good judgement under any circumstances, but you'd think simple self-preservation instinct would keep these people from immigrating to a place where their attacks might draw a response from the Mossad.

Given their ages, I'd say it's more likely that it's their parents who made the decision to immigrate.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Thank you for birthday wishes all. I am well lubricated with caipirinha and flan and have celebrated my birthday by cleaning my house, including incredibly dirty porch windows that needed it desperately. Also by eating and drinking.

Not at the same time.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Did you guys see see this news of the WTF variety?
I mean - !!???!!!??

Um. Wow. I really am speechless.

Yeah, we're off the 110. But we aren't far from the 5, so I could go 5-134-101-405.

I think the only way to find out for sure is to try both routes a couple of times and see which one times out better.

Oh, yeah, there's a beginner obedience class that starts on Sep 20, so we'll be doing that. If she likes it, I may try her in some agility, which looks like great fun.

Oh yay! Agility classes are fantastic. Shepherds tend to love them, too. I think it's the whole "I'm a working dog--I need a job!" thing. I miss my dogs. Sigh.

Strega, good luck with the transition.

Nilly, thank you for the lovely card! It made me happy this morning.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Speaking of breaking and TVs.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Alas, that video plays too herky-jerky for me to follow. I'm wondering how they avoided the police being called for what I did see... you think the neighbors would be alarmed at large trees going up in flames, et cetera.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, Britney on the VMAs is just tragic -- she doesn't look good, she's not dancing, she's barely even lip synching. And the song isn't that good. If you're not in great shape, you really shouldn't wear a bra and panties to perform.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Continuing on the VMAs: I still love Justin Timberlake, even though he apparently can no longer wipe his ass without Timbaland there to help. And he keeps telling MTV to play more videos!
