Hey, preaching to the choir. I thought our Lady of the Perpetual Sea Breeze was the real deal until the Divine Miss J walked right through that door and right into my ass—which is where my heart is…physiologically. I could show you an x-ray.

If you're going to be that way you should have a herbivorous pet. Rabbits can make v. nice housepets and are also herbivorous.

Oh, I'm sure that at the time she wouldn't have owned anything requiring a meat diet. Or possibly a pet at all, since Keeping Animals Captive Is Evil. It was her boyfriend's roomates' pets being carnivorous that she objected to.

I think I'm going to fall down. Was basically working 3 jobs today, plus usual end of month craziness. My jaw is like a rock and I only got to eat half my lunch, was so crazed.

It's going to be like this for a while, I think.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Must be nice!
Yeah! Both mine have runny noses. Liv's cranky as hell, poor noodle. Owen's seems to be dealing much better--and the OTC medicine I'm giving him is working better. If he's doing this well tomorrow, he goes to preschool.

döner kebab

We have a döner kebab place down the road from us. Given that we are in California, home of the Donner Party, I was afraid.

I am so sad that I missed the afterparty. With family being here, my life feels overwhelming.

We did take Noah swimming though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love Noah's dreamy face in that pic, but the one before it of him laughing is way too cute.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I also like this one, where he is clearly chilling in his big ginormous pants.

Making stupid cutesy noises at Noah.

He's getting more tubeless time?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Making stupid cutesy noises at Noah.

Ditto.

I feel there's a scootch coming on in that one, Robin.

Or perhaps he's napping.

Well, sort of. This weekend was so hot and my mom is here and my brother came to visit and it was really really hot. So she got a hotel room and Noah and I stayed there one night and K, Noah and I stayed there another night and we didn't pack enough oxygen. So tubeless, to let his face breath, it was.
