I don't watch Mencia and really only know what I see on the endless ads on Comedy Central.

Dave's Inside The Actor's studio was hilarious. I think he was just as confused as I was that he was asked to do it. It is one of my favorite episodes by far.

I don't recall Chappelle's act being about growing up poor, but I may be misremembering. Whether or not Mencia is really Mexican is just a sidenote to his joke stealing.
Actually, Munch on Estrogen is kind of a horrifying thought, so don't take that literally.

He's much more "I was looking at men/women/black folk/white folk and noticed..." Less about him, and not even presented from a POV more tightly refined than Black American Male.
