Ann, that's a ferret.

Teddy seems to like the '50s, especially doo wop and "Vegas." I'm not sure about our other two.

Now tagless for your comfort.

tiggy, I'm laying odds Vick won't return. The NFL may be able to look past the dogfighting, but it won't overlook the gambling. The only reason he pled was because they were looking to add gambling charges to the case--which he was way more frightened off, since it would kill his chances of ever returning to the league.

They've got enough on him to ban him for life and I hope they do the right thing and do it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mnnf. Developed another bad migraine so I got a chance to use the injectable Imitrex.

And then I went back to bed, missing my first meeting of the day. Oops. Off to join the working world now.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Ahem. shrift (and Jilli when you get here): MySpace is streaming a 6-hour concert of Projekt Revolution today, starting at 1:30 Pacific, 4:30 Eastern. Which I'm sure you already knew about, but I'd though I'd alert you to the imminence of Gerard Way. And Brian Molko. Basically, a bunch of cute, short, eyelinered guys will be jumping around on your internets today.

I dunno. I followed brenda's lead and wikipediad Ray Lewis. Either participating with, or only consorting with murderers hasn't seemed to slow him down at all. Oh, wait, he missed a Pro Bowl game. Oh, the humanity.

Oh, and b.org isn't a chat room, as I define it. Chat rooms aren't static like our posts are. Communication is happening much closer to real time. No meara there.

Interesting. And good to know.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, we're definitely not a chat room.

Which reminds me of something I was thinking about the other day.... you know the internet is full of pervs who want to steal your daughters and etc., right? When I was in high school, and friend of mine and I wrote letters to guys in prison who had put personal ads in the National Enquirer. Seriously?!?!? Yes, and of course they had to have an address to write us back. Were we nuts? Possibly. Did anything bad actually happen? No.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

How the heck can you malign a whole group of people loquacious while using the word obfuscation!?!

Good question.

I... guess I wasn't aware that football looked as far askance on gambling as baseball does. Because, I mean, everybody does bet on football games. I don't know a thing about gambling and I have a general idea what a point spread is.

On the acceptance of murderers in the NFL, wasn't there that guy who murdered his pregnant girlfriend and stuffed her body in the trunk of his car? As I recall it, he didn't just go to prison, they banned him for life and destroyed all the jerseys for sale with his name on them. If they could have salted the earth where he'd walked, they might have done it.
