Yes, but we can be consoled with cute kid pictures and stories. You brought some, yes?
oops.
I've been meaning to upload vacation pics for like a whole week! I'll get to it one of these days.
I do have a treacly story! Lately Isaac has taken to replaying The Runaway Bunny with me, only his version goes like this: "Are you my mommy bunny?" "Yes." Wide smile, "I your baby bunny." "If you try to run away from me I will run after you, for you are my baby bunny." "I don't want to run away! I don't want to run away!" HUGS
I can microwave styrofoam, right? Nothing will explode?
I've used a styrofoam plate when nuking things for a few minutes, and had no problems, Dana.
(BTW, love your tagline! I'm now humming "Sunday," as sung in the Carnegie Hall tribute concert. "On the cool, purple yellow red water...")
Mom had a cat that
loved
leather. She would find any pair of leather shoes or purse and then rub herself up on it, flop down, and start writhing in ecstasy on whatever it was. If it was a purse she'd wrap the strap around her and lick it.
Which was funny to watch, but also a little embarassing when it was a guests purse that was being fondled.
I always thought
Runaway Bunny
was a timeless classic, but Isaac's version may be even more allergy-inducing than the original.
