And almost sixty-five percent of that was actual compliment. Is that a personal best?

Sonoma State! And yup, that's in Santa Rosa, north of SF. What do they want you to talk about?

You'd be the cutest guest lecturer EVER.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

You really will.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I just got invited to speak at sonoma state university, which is somewhere up north.

Wine country, baby! Plus you can come through SF.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Kat, I was so hoping that things would go better for your birthday. Actually, I was just so hoping things would go better. I was going to talk about my hopes that hospital issues would go better and that Grace's health would improve. Others have said this more eloquently. And while we can pray and send good thoughts and ~ma, and I do believe in the value of that, in a very real way you were right when you said it was out of your hands. So instead, I send you the strength and patience that I hope comes from knowing that people around the globe are praying and vibing and whatever they do for you and Noah and Grace, every day.

Peanuts land. Very nice. I liked the library.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Hey, remember that link somebody posted earlier about fat friends making you fat?

Just saw this elsewhere.

Female friendships did not seem to be impacted by obesity. But the chances that a man might gain weight from having a fat pal doubled for so-called mutual friends — friends who both listed each other as buddies.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Man, why did I decide to start the baking so late?

Of course, my main beef with the recipe is that it's JUST NOT DONE YET.

I need reading help because I read this as a main beef recipe and wondered how that connected with ita's baking.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I need reading help because I read this as a main beef recipe and wondered how that connected with ita's baking.

She's baking a cheeky sirloin souffle.
