Oh, and what I mean by that is that I've met enough of That Guy to assume that most single thirtysomethings are like that and not worth bothering with. Which, granted, is my problem.
I also have to add though, some guys I knew who seemed very much like that - they had female friends who were witty and smart and their age and normal nice looking folk, then seemed to only date vavaoomed out younger women who never had much to talk about. Several of those guys met a woman like their friends who all of a sudden was THE ONE and that was that.
