I think i might be having sympathy pains for ita. the past two nights i've gone to bed with awful migraines. unfortunately, this morning the one from last night is still hanging around in "regular headache" status. i'm beginning to wonder if it's one of the meds i'm on. like the decongestant drying my head out too much or something. plus? my ears still hurt. meh.
on a happier note...
happy birthday, Aimee!!

If you think that's it, be sure you're drinking enough water. Dehydration can definitely cause headaches. On the other hand, if it's congestion causing it, you could look at either Afrin or Mucinex.

yeah, i'm going to do that today to see if helps. i drank, like, two and a half 20 oz bottles yesterday. apparently that wasn't enough.

it's been a weird kind of headache. usually it will hurt in one specific location, but these have been my entire head and my neck. the decongestant i'm taking has guafenisin(which is basically what Mucinex is) and pseudefedrine in it. maybe that double dose is just wearing my head out.
Once again, my usual plug for saline nasal spray, which is cheap and probably can't be overused by normally sane adults.
Hippo Birdies, Empress!!! May you wear your tiara proudly.
IOBN, I found out reading Entertainment Weekly that I share a birthday with Lindsay Lohan. Um, yay?
Hmm, after googling it, I also share it with:
Michelle Branch
John Sunnunu (ugh)
Dave Thomas (Wendy's guy)
Troy Brown of the NE Patriots (COOL! one of my favorite journeyman players in the NFL)
Herman Hesse (!)
Thurgood Marshall
Paul Williams (he did the songs for The Muppet Movie!)
Polly Holliday (Flo from Alice) and
Yancy Butler
Those are the people I recognized, at least.
Happy Imperial Birthday Day!
Jesus died?
Him and (most of) Lana's parents.
Also tis like October here today. Cold and WINDY!
*sob*
Yesterday we set a record for the highest low temperature (82) ever recorded in Atlanta. Today we're going for 101 and another code red smog day.
CONYERS, Ga. (AP) - Rockdale County public schools have suspended all outdoor activities until at least Saturday after a football player collapsed during practice. The 16-year-old junior on the Heritage High School football team collapsed Tuesday and was hospitalized; he is now recovering at home.
They didn't notice it was a hundred fucking degrees before they started football practice? Morons. A couple of high school athletes died from the heat last year and everyone swore that this year would be different.
eta: Whoa! It was a bad day to be a tree growing in Brooklyn.
