OK, so reasons I don't like Alabama: I've had to kill 2 huge roaches because I couldn't scream like a girlie girl and get someone else to deal. One downstairs dying, one fell from...my shoulder area. I really hope it was on the bottle of bug spray and not in my freaking shirt.
I am so emptying my suitcase and carefully repacking before I leave. Not taking those bastards back with me, no fucking way.
The BUGS are bigger in Alabama.
Happy birthday, Aimée!!
In a conversation with a coworker last nightabout her husband's insane work hours, I said I think there should be 12 hours in between leaving work and going back. I can now confirm that I still believe this, as I left the work event (fun, but still working) at 10 last night, and I really don't want to go to my office yet!
Edit: Yikes, Sara.
Seriously, this and facebook are the only sites I can seem to get to. You're my only hope people!
Yikes--earthquakes on one coast, tornadoes on the other and blazing heat & humidity between. It's a nasty, apocalyptic sandwich.
So relieved to hear ita is back and feeling somewhat better. Have fun with the family!
Happy Birthday Aimee!
Gotta work now. :(
It's a nasty, apocalyptic sandwich.
Bahahahah!
Slept through the quake, but honestly, I'd sleep through most thing right now.
Sue, being your only hope is stressy stressy. I don't know that I can shoulder even a little burden to be entertaining.
Thank you for all of the birthday wishes! It's an odd birthday, it feels like. My first back in Michigan, my first without my Gramma, and now I missed an earthquake??
Of course, odd birthday all around as I turned 33 today.
Happy Birthday, Empress Aimee!
The pressure's off Kat. The rest of the internet seems to be back.
