I would eat sushi until my belly burst open, if only I had the money. When SA visits me, we eat sushi in obscene amounts.
If I'm being moderate, I eat a 6- to 9-piece roll and maybe 2 or 3 pieces of sushi.
Nom nom nom.
Never get between me and my sushi. Consider that fair warning to alla y'alls.
Looking at our sushi place on their "Friends of Teppo" it seems George Clooney is a friend of Teppo.
I did a *serious* double-take on that statement. Dang! He's even from this area, but alas, George Clooney is NOT a friend of Teppy.
ita? a long overdue insent.
sushi sushi sushi sushi! I am going to make sushi onesies for my noodles soon.
And maybe sushi diapers so I know which ones are ours and not the diaper sevices.
I'd like a prezzie from the universe too. And I think I got one in the form of a job offer after my interview. I have 2 concerns and a qualm. If I take the job, I become a UCLA employee... so I have concerns about health insurance (I wonder what will happen with Grace since she is in the midst of being cared for etc) and I have a concern about the commute.
Everything else about the job feels just right. I have the option of working part time or full time. Which makes me think about what we can afford.
That's great, Kat! You were certainly due for some kind of break. Good luck making a decision and ironing out the concerns and the qualm.
Congrats, Kat. I am so glad you got a good thing.
Congrats on the offer, Kat.
Am mostly dead. Upstairs, eldest nephew is still roaring about. I need to make him do more laps. Youngest nephew started being a fussbudget late afternoon, after being a complete angel for me all weekend. Not my fault! But you can still coax a dimpled grin out of him between squawks.
Now I'm going to bed.
The best raw beef dish I've ever had is an ethiopian appetizer called "kitfo." If you order it "tere" it comes out raw but if you'd prefer you can get it "lub-lub" or lightly cooked. It's flavored with hot peppers and I dunno what else but damn now I want some.
if you'd prefer you can get it "lub-lub"
You have to order in Ewok?
Congrats on the job offer, Kat! I hope the insurance stuff can get worked out. And, just because... {{{Kat}}}
You have to order in Ewok?
Only if you want it lightly cooked. The rest of the menu is in Klingon. Zil Zil Tibs, Doro Wat, Injera and the like.
