In other internet weirdness, I googled a couple of siblings I was friends with from our annual church thingamado (I was bored and trying to stay awake), and they are in a Denver bluesy band together. Cheyenne (hippy church, she was born at the hippiest part of her parents' lives) always had an amazing voice, but I didn't know her brother was musically inclined.
It's kinda neat. Now if only Simi and Jaschi made an internet footprint.
I think I read Natter more carefully today than I ever have. List's all caught up, though. Sophia Brooks needs to give me more to work with, And I would have expected at least a @@ from msbelle. Ah, well.
The command dog is fun.
I think I acquired a mentor today.
Those retouched children's photos are FREAKING me out. But I can't stop clicking through. Oh, man, those poor kids.
ETA: And I forgot about
Eureka
tonight. Boo.
Thank goodness for whitefont, for it kept me from clicking on the disturbing link.
tommyrot, that link was so wrong. I am scarred for life. Ewwww.
LOLdeathcat is very funny, in a dark way.
Sorry about the lousy pharmacist, sara. Grocery stores try and do too many things sometimes, and end up doing none of them well.
Emily! You are leaving tomorrow. This makes me sad.
How is packing going?
The photoshopped photos are creepy. Especially [link] and [link] .
OK. Way creepier. They put a new mouth on the kid because she wasn't smiling. [link]
Emily! You are leaving tomorrow. This makes me sad.
Me too!
Pfft. Packing? We gave up and went out drinking. juliana can now attest to the wonderfulness of AtH!Teacher, who totally needs to be a Buffista. Also, we got ridiculously tipsy and discussed... I no longer know what.
Tomorrow, throwing shit in the SUV. Pray for me, and wish me good parking.
Way creepier.
Not the same kid. To whom does this appeal? Seriously, just hire somebody to draw her. Then at least you could claim artistic license. Here it's kind of "here's a picture of a doll who kind of looks like her. Well, at least it's wearing the same outfit!" Freak. Ass.
I'm glad you had a good last night, Emily.
