so i'm rewatching season four of The OC on SoapNet. Taylor and Ryan are so adorable. this was such a great season. it's a shame FUX decided to can it when it was getting good again.

I like cilantro but my sister thinks it tastes like soap.
I generally love cilantro, but I was at an indian restaurant and ate something with cilantro and finally tasted the soapy taste. Ugh.

Incidentally, the SI article reads to me as both right and clueless -- Slipstream is definitely an up-and-coming team, heading for the higher ranks, and they're serious about their anti-doping stance, but not quite ready for the pro tour given their results so far. OTOH, the Discovery team isn't going to vanish into thin air, and a lot of the change that's coming is (speculation alert!) going to come out of a combo of demographic luck and the big political battles between the UCI and the major race sponsors.
