Zoe: Preacher, don't the Bible have some pretty specific things to say about killing? Book: Quite specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

Kat, here's hoping the universe brings some freakin' awesomely good things your way in the next few days. And that the procedures on your babies goes smoothly and etc. I'll be thinking about you guys.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Kat, I'm so sorry things are so hard and that you and the noodles have to go through all of this.

I water my Ficus once a month, if that. I can't imagine the phone bill.

I'd be afraid that my houseplants would learn to dial 911.

My house got 43 on the walkability scale, but some of their distances are wack and they believe in a mythical coffee place.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I'm not a great plant owner. In fact, the orchid we have is denuded of all flowers and has 2 bare stalks. I wonder if it is time to pitch it. The plants that Allyson and Polgara both gave us are long-dead.

Much health-ma for the poor noodles. Eye surgery would be bad enough, but a trach? Just ugh.

I'm just gonna repeat what lisah said.

So sorry to hear the new tribulations Grace and Noah are being hit with, Kat. Here's hoping for the best possible outcomes and speediest recoveries.
