Art Crawl!!!

Cindy - I am so with you on some of the reactions over at TWOP.

I love the idea that Ruby is setting Sam up. It makes sense to me.

What is even happening?

I think it could work and might be where they're going. I think (hope) the Sam/Ruby story is going to be sort of tragic, whether Ruby's setting him up or not, though. If she's setting him up, it's really going to shake him to his core. If she's not, he's eventually going to have to watch her die (or kill her) and that will also shake him to his core.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

First he'll save her, then he'll kill her.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I think she is probably setting him up for something. But I think it would make a better tragedy if she isn't. She give everything for Sam/Humanity. Then she goes to hell to suffer eternally. Fits the fundamental unfairness of the Supernaturalverse (totally unlike how justice reigns supreme in our own).

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

What are the odds we could send the boys over to Seattle Grace to exorcise a ghost?

A MUCH needed exorcism.

Art Crawl!!!

So, it looks like I'm going to the Chicago SPN con on Sunday.

Sadly, this means that I have to spend Saturday hanging around the con hotel with nothing to do. Do you guys know what's around 6810 N. Mannheim in Rosement?

TWoP 10: Shows Sarah Palin Should Appear On:

10. Supernatural
She'd have to play the mayor of a small Alaskan town, where Sam and Dean visit when they get wind of constant Sasquatch sightings. She'd just have to direct the boys to the suspicious townsfolk and then play dumb when they accuse her of setting it up as a publicity stunt.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

So I finally watched this episode.

Um, much with the fannish shout-outs! Although I couldn't figure out why Sam was stitching himself up instead of having Dean do it. I was mildly amused by the solution to the Sam-and-Ruby problem, while still thinking that the actress playing Ruby is awful. I miss Katie Cassidy.

My fandom has canon necrophilia? Oy.

Was there anyone who thought that demons were coming at the end there? It was obviously angels.
