I thought that when Dean asked Lilith why he got infected and she said "You know why, look into your heart" that that meant something but we don't know what, yet. Reminded me of Bloody Mary, a little.
Or maybe it was just a veiled reference to Sam's demon blood inoculating him from ghost sickness.
