Oh, that sucks, Suzi. I should have it via itunes before next week, if you want to come over and watch.

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
It should be up on the CW website.
Matt Roush had nice things to say in his Thursday preview:
The other returning show I screened in advance was Supernatural, and no slight to NBC’s lineup, but this could well be the funniest hour on tap on any network tonight. Screams of laughter mingle with screams of terror as our heroes stumble into an inspired parody of Sci Fi’s Ghost Hunters, here called “GhostFacers,” an “unsolicited pilot” courtesy of that amateur-ghostbuster Mutt-and-Jeff duo Harry Spangler and Ed Zeddmore, from the first season’s “Hell House” episode
Interview with Brittany Ishibashi (Maggie Zedmoore).
I should have it via itunes before next week, if you want to come over and watch.
I get no outside playdates until after the 7th. But I might splurg at iTunes, myself. I'm just really annoyed cause I have my season pass all set-up, it SHOULD have recorded, but decided it didn't want to for what ever reason. I missed the first 20 minutes and wanted to rewatch.
AHhhhh, thanks Sumi - will check CW for free rewatching.
Not yet up on the CW. . . darn it.
Dudes, dooooods. I know I'm sometimes slow on the uptake, but Ed Zeddmore? Was totally named after Ernie Hudson's character in Ghostbusters, Winston Zeddmore. Thank you, Ben, for that tip of the hat.
I'm pretty sure Harry Spangler is a reference to Egon Spengler from Ghostbusters as well.
Bwah! I never would have have caught on to either. Hee.
Now I kind of want to watch Ghostbusters.
I did kind of love the fact that when they were huddled terrified in the salt circle, one of them was humming their own theme song, which isn't much of a step down from Dean humming Metallica when he's scared.
Heh.
All of the dumb moments really made me giggle. "In your duffel bag?" It's sort of amazing Dean didn't do more than slap the camera a few times.
I get where a lot of people missed the boys (and yeah, so did I), but I actually enjoyed this POV. To see this glimpse of them that was so pointedly *not* deep inside their angst, and still hear Sam bitching at Dean about having only two months left, and Dean upset when Sam went missing, and the way, no matter what, they're a *team" to the bone.
Also, worth repeating, best entrance EVER.
Some people thought they were dumbasses, but I thought they were kind of endearing. The theme song was very cute, and I liked the bit where she left the camera up, after Dean asked if looking through it made it easier.
